Doc Leonard's Fish Fry Recipe

Ingredients to coat 200 filets:


Ingredients per bag of coating mix  (Generally 2 bags are made up):

 

Typically the fish are frozen in 1/2 gallon milk containers. In these it takes approximately 12 hours to thaw. Once thawed, they are dipped into a coating bag and cooked in bacon grease over a wood-fueled fire. Then they are devoured!
